14-day returns

Changed your mind? You can return your piece within 14 days of delivery.

• Contact us first via the contact page with your order number. We'll send you the return instructions.
• The piece must be unworn and in its original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are paid by you.
• Once we've received and checked your return, we refund you within 7 days, using the same payment method you paid with.

Exchanges

Want a different size, stone or metal? Return your piece as described above and place a new order for the one you want. That's the quickest way to get it.

2-year warranty

Every piece comes with a 2-year warranty on craftsmanship. If a stone comes loose, a clasp breaks or a setting fails through normal wear, we'll repair or replace it.

The warranty doesn't cover loss, damage from accidents, or the natural wear of the gold layer on vermeil over time. Our care guide helps your piece stay beautiful for longer.

To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a photo of the piece.
