Processing and delivery time
Every piece is made to order. Orders arrive within 8 to 18 working days after you place them. You'll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Shipping destinations and costs
We ship worldwide.
- Orders of €60 or more: free shipping.
- Orders under €60: €6.95.
The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Taxes and duties
Prices include VAT for customers in the European Union. Orders to the United Kingdom and Australia arrive without import duties to pay on delivery. For other countries outside the EU, local import duties or taxes may be charged by the destination country.
Tracking and delivery issues
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 working days, or your package arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@maisonminéral.com and we'll help you right away.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible, before your order ships.
